We consumed our entire Thursday shopping around for "fireworks" and I mean, we've been to three different warehouses to look for what my brood really wants. Josef was looking for "Roman Candles" type and so daddy dearest had to help him. Jann, being a copycat, wants exactly the same thing hahaha. We had movie to watch but since both the kids mind were sooo focused on lighting up the fireworks, we pushed that aside. It didn't gets dark till about 9 o'clock, so can you imagine what time we finally sit down to enjoy "Vantage Point"? It was about close to midnight.

July 4th is one of those significant dates that my husband and I both cherish in the month of July. It is as important as my bday, our anniversary, and his bday. We planned to have a family picnic but can't decide whether we want pork or chicken hahaha. So, after church I decided to drop by grocery store and picked some babyback ribs. Dale put them on the grill while the kids and I were getting ready. He never fixed any side dish to go with it b/c he wanted to get them from KFC. We went to "Veassey Park" and had our day there. Came home afterwards and then after quite some time, headed to watch the fireworks show. This year's show is spectacular. That's about our 4th. Dear Jeth, I'm glad you guys had a fun 4th of July. I volunteered at my kids fireworks booth a few days before the 4th and we were so busy selling thos firework packs. We went to our friends for BBQ then went to our local park where they have activities for kids and then fireworks at night. We had fun too. Plus I had no class that day so it was great!! PS. Janna looks so grown now! She looks like she got taller! I need to post pics too one day soon when I'm not lazy/busy. Take care my dear and thanks for sharing....
