.
Have a fabulous rest of the week!
.
. GOOD GRIEF! I'm obviously fallin' behind. Hospitals & long-term care facilities makes me tied-up @ all times. I have till Dec 12th. And after about 3wks, will b back to a "BEE" again
. Bzzz, bzzz!!!
. That is pretty "low-down" though to seek refuge from the person u used to thrash. I just hope the "Other Lady" is SHARP enough to not let her guard down.
) and let me tell u I'm about to throw a party
. I'll get back with each of u ASAP. Lan, I will also address a very important subject. SHEESSSH, my hand has been itching to type.
. I'll be there to your pads later.
I felt strange today! I supposed to be in my clinicals and taking care of my patient but the facility I am assigned to is under inspection/survey, so I have no other option but to stay home and let the time goes by. Boy, hours went by quick! I kept on looking at the clock as if I am in the hospital trying to manage it with my patient hahaha. I guess, I could count today as the start of my "Thanksgiving" holiday, could I ? I don't have to go back to school till 1st of Dec. and though I have to study for my 4th BIG test plus making another concept map, naturally, I would enjoy my "short break" from hospitals and long-term care facility. Come on! A break is a break no matter how short or long it is. Yesterday, before I came home, I decided to make a trip to the mall. Oh, that was hard to think of something for my teacher. I was undecided about what to get for her for Turkey Day. Ceramics and display were my first pick but I have a change of heart at the end. I put all the stuff back on the shelf and left the store. I thought "Honeybaked Ham" would be the right place to visit. Good Grief! Their prices are shooting to the sky hahaha. Finally, I went for a turkey and got all the ingredients for stuffing. I chose the best looking basket to place it in, grabbed a see-thru gift wrapper, a roll of craft ribbon for a bow, a Thanksgiving card and walaaaa.........I got the prettiest gift basket in front of me. Drove back to school and dropped it off to her office. I sure made one person delighted yesterday. Last night, I got a call. It was my teacher informing me how she appreciate my gesture though I already got a **hug and thank you** from her at school.
The kids came home with their "progress reports" yesterday. Proudly to say.........they both made all A's again. The second nine weeks results are over and they're looking forward to make good grades for the remaining semester. Josef also brought home what he made at school for his Language & Arts subject. His teacher in the said subject stuck a note on top of it for me and Dale to read. Of course, I won't push our baby girl Jann, on the side. She made something special too. I'd thought their works are worth sharing. Remember, Josef is just a six grader while Jann barely learn a cursive writing. Here are their works!!!
Every time I laid my eyes on my kids, their well-being reminds me what a great creations God permits me and my husband to have. Without them, I would feel incomplete. They're the reason why my name most of the time is Mom. I could have all the money in the world and travel places no one couldn't reach but without my kids, what would I get ? EMPTINESS ! Thanks for reading and have one terrific Thursday to all !!!
Hi Jeth, its me! I knew you must have posted something new to leave a note in my blog. So I was right. Wow you are off until Dec 1st? You can really finish up your Christmas shopping! I only have Thurs (thanksgiving) and Friday off. But I really don't want to go shopping on black friday. I'm ordered several things online already but even shopping online takes time. hee hee, a turkey for a gift..thats creative and Im sure well used and appreciated! Good job to your kids...
. Children makes the world an exciting place to live. You are lucky your world is full of fun cuz you got two wonderful kids around you. Have a great evening. Enjoy your holiday as well.
. What's great about it is that you're thinking works fast and you easily resolve the matter on the spot. That is a smart move to avoid the hassle of going home and do your fixes, and then drive back your gift to school. Your critical thinking is sharp. I can't do it {at least not on the spot}. Congrats to the witty kids of your household. I'm very proud of them. Josef's poem is a proof of his hidden talent. Your kids always amazed me.
