For the fourth time since I was living here, snow became a sight once again in our town. That was pretty exciting and the forecast itself was something my kids were looking forward to, last Sunday a week ago. After we came home from our "out-of-town's" birthday bash at CEC, Jann's best buddy stayed and spent the night over here at our place. Josef decided to spend his night with Paw Paw and so we dropped him off first before heading home. The next morning, I got too busy tending with two girls. The man of the house was at work and though I got one less to assess, I couldn't tell the difference hahaha. That's too bad, ain't it? Before long, 12 noon got here and by that time I was almost ready to take Jann's friend back to her place. Her mom was already expected her so it didn't take much of my time. I pulled from their driveway as I waved goodbye. Went straight to my "dad-in-law's" place to drop Jann off. She wanted to be with her bro and at the same time spend the rest of her Sat with Paw Paw. It's fine with me. For one thing, I have all the quietness in the world to myself and then some hahaha not to mention the amount of tasks I could get done. Came night time and so were daddy dearest. Josef needs to be home for he's assigned to "Altar Serve" the following morning at our Parish. Their "granny" drove them back but Jann requested to spend her night as if it's her turn hahaha. Daddy dearest agreed and the deal was sealed but Josef wasn't too happy about it. Good Grief! I can't altar serve for him, so he doesn't have any other option but to go along with the program.

As soon as the mass was over, I drove away and headed to his Paw Paw's house. There's no Sunday class so there's no point of lingering around. Snowflakes were started to drizzle and were visible to the naked eyes. I told myself, it's gonna be fun! A lot of fun! By 1pm, it was as thick as a brick. It finally built up to about 2ft after an hour. In the middle of it I was all alone thinking about my brood. Poor mom was missin' her kids. I haven't had any slightest idea how to drive in the middle of a snowy main road but I took courage to pull out the driveway and picked up my young ones. Whew, that's one experience to brag about and I took pride of hahaha. I almost got stranded between the end of our driveway and the road. Snow was too thick it barricaded my SUV's wheels from turning. Wanna see how thick it was and how much fun we have had? Well, the sample shot below will show you. Jeth, I felt like I have had fun as well just from viewing your snowy day album. The three of you enjoyed the snow to the fullest I could tell. Those pair of boots you have on were cute. I wish to have a pair of the same kind in my shoes closet. Your kids are getting bigger. They are as tall as you are now as what it looks like from the pix. You take care girl and keep your posts coming.

That is amazing Jeth. Snow, I believe is not common in the South but a seldom occurence. Just letting you know that I enjoy watching your slide. You all looks great having fun with it. Thnx for sharing.
